This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if your customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.

    However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, the printing partner  offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team using the contact us form or sending an emailing to BeautifullyLockedbyTiona@gmail.com and provide a clear photo showing the issue.

  • In the case of the Beautifully Locked by Tiona Hair System Products. All Sales Are Final: At we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any purchases made.
