Shipping policy
For Clothing and Novelty items:
If you (or the customer) choose priority shipping, the standard production time (2-7 business days) will still apply.

- Standard shipping: This option is available for the clothing and novelty channels and Print Providers. You can find our standard shipping rates and estimated delivery times on our Shipping Rates page.
- Priority shipping: Orders initially placed with standard shipping can be upgraded to priority shipping for an extra charge. Please note that this option is only available if the selected Print Provider offers it, as shown in the tables below.
- Express Delivery: This faster fulfillment and delivery option is available for our best-selling t-shirts. This option needs to be set up during the product creation process and previously submitted orders that use standard shipping can’t be upgraded to use Express Delivery.
Beautifully Locked by Tiona Clothing and Novelty items are produced bye print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if your customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, the printing partner offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.
